Advanced Cleaning believes that the proper servicing and maintenance of your swimming pool or spa requires a custom overview of your current system so we can determine the exact needs of your particular system. So system require minor chemistry balancing, while other systems that have more use or debris needs more care and maintenance. This custom overview of your system is unique to every customer due to the facility size and pool usage. Pool Tile Cleaning
Will remove the calcium buildup that develops on tiles.
Pool Vacuum Rebuilding
Replace internal mechanisms using genuine parts for all types of equipment.
Filter Replace
This will replace old filters with new filters.
Filter Sand Change
Consists of removal of old sand, inspection of internal parts, and replacing with new sand.
Pool Cartridge Filter Clean
Consists of taking apart the filter, hosing off grids and inspection of grids for damage and replacing if necessary.
Installing New Salt Systems
Install new salt system. Add appropriate salt for size of pool.
Pool Acid Wash
This consists of draining all the water from the pool, scrubbing the pool walls with an acid solution, cleanup and refilling the pool with new water and balance the chemicals.
Motor Replacement or Repair
This consists of either removing or repairing the old motor and replacing or repairing all electric wiring, seals and gaskets.
Pool/Spa Heaters
This includes the sale of, installation and servicing of such equipment, gas or electrical heat pumps.
